DUO KILLED IN ACCIDENT

Jitan, a first year BBM student and Sanjana, a ninth statndard student died in a road accident yesterday as their Zen car bashed against a roadside tree.

Jitan was driving his friend from Mysore to Bangalore and dashed against the tree at night near Bylakuppe. While Jitans body was cremated at Madikeri, Sanjana’s body was cremated at Kambibane, her native.

Police yesterday arrested a lady on charges of biting the ear of another woman. The incident was reported from Pollibetta.

Rani and Latha were two wives of one Ramu. A quarrel broke between the two ladies the day before ended with the ear lobe of Latha landing in Ranis mouth! Latha went and lodged a complaint with Siddapur police. A case has been registered.
