Fast track court in Bangalore has sentenced a murder accused to life and pay a fine of rupees five thousand.

Kallengada Udaya of Somwarpet in Kodagu has killed his relative K.Susheelamma at Bangalore on December 2003 and had made away with cash and jewelry.

Finding the accused guilty, judge N.S.Neginal sentenced life imprisonment and seven years rigorous imprisonment to run concurrently.
