NO ALLAINACE WITH CONGRESS: KUMARSWAMY FIRM

Madikeri March 8: No alliance with congress in the coming parliamentary elections. Ex.Chief minister and JDS chief H.D.Kumaraswamy expressed his firm stand over the issue denying secret talks.

JDS will field the candidates in all the 28 seats under 3rd front banner with the coordination from the non congress and non BJP alliance parties-he added.

He spoke with the scribes at “Parampara” resort at Kushalnagar.

When asked rumours about Jeevijaya , the ex. Minister, a congress leader joining JDS with his followers and contesting the MP election in Kodagu –Mysore constituency-Kumarswamy did not deny the possibility. Coinciding to this Sanjay Jeevijaya,Zilla Panchayath congress member and the son of Jeevijaya today met kumarswamy in the resort.

Kumarswamy analysed that being a non congress Govt. administration in Tamilnadu DMK has gained more than Rs. 40 thousand crores sanction from the centre for the development project. Likewise JDS has belief in the regional parties’ achievement in the development of the states.

Many electric projects in the state were started during his regime and the BJP is taking mileage .In the Gowda education centenary celebrations yesterday at Madikeri Chief minister yediyurappa has misguided the audience by announcing the figure of Rs. 8000 crores is kept for education field in the state. The overall project structure itself comprise Rs.2200 crores and where yediyurappa can find money for his wrong utterances-Kumarswamy questioned. Kodagu has contributed a lot to the state, but the return from the present Govt. is negligible he opined.

YEDIYURAPPA FAILED IN COLLECTING REVENUE

-SIDDARAMAIAH

Madikeri M arch 7: Chief minister yediyurappa failed in collecting the last year’s budgetary revenue of Rs. 10 thousand crores. This has been remarked in the 2007-08 CAG report alleged congress leader Siddaramaiah.He was casually speaking after attending a marriage function here today.

Govt. has not even achieved 25% of the projects announced in the budget, but Yediyurappa is expert in telling lie openly in front of public-said Siddaramaiah.

He referred Chief Minister’s assurance that he will not field his son in the coming M.P.elections. Even, he did not hesitate to quote God’s name to confirm in front of public. Now, I have to question him who is his God? as he had broken his lexis.

The govt.has utterly failed in providing electricity to people of Karnataka.In rural area, the villagers are provided only 2 hour 3 phase electricity supply.This has caused interruption in irrigation.Common people are suffering for drinking water-Siddaramaiah explained.

He announced that he will whole heartedly work in the parliamentary election for the congress party candidates. He regretted that Congress in kodagu has lost its’ strength and reorganization from bottom level is required.He rejected the understanding with JDS in the elections in state.

Operation Lotus will end soon.They have succeeded due to the mine kings monetary strength,but it is not permanent- he predicted..When asked about the opposition leadership he reacted that it is left to high command, I am not worried about this.
